1. Service Availability

Services are available only in supported cities and serviceable areas.
Slot Availability
Booking slots depend on gardener availability and service demand.
2. Service Scheduling
Once a booking is confirmed, the assigned gardener will arrive at the selected date and time slot.
3. Delays & Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to rain or extreme weather.
Traffic or emergency delays will be communicated in advance.
Customers can request rescheduling before service start time.
4. Shipping Charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges. Service pricing includes visit and labor costs.
5. Missed Appointments
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, the visit may be marked completed without refund.
