1. Booking Cancellation

Before Service Starts

Full refund provided (excluding payment gateway charges, if applicable).

After Start/Arrival

No refund or a partial refund based on the volume of work already completed.

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled location and time, the booking is treated as Completed. No refund will be issued.

3. Service Quality Issues

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
